How features connect

An operator view of how work moves across contacts, campaigns, and analytics.

ReachConvert works best when features are used together. Contacts feed campaigns, settings unlock channels, and history plus dashboard metrics tell you what is working.

End-to-end operator flow

  1. 1Start: complete profile and connect channels in Settings (AWS SES for email, Twilio and Gemini for calling).
  2. 2Configure: import contacts, organize directories, and create templates or calling agents based on your outreach style.
  3. 3Launch: run email and calling campaigns manually or schedule them for future launch windows.
  4. 4Monitor: use History for record-level details and Dashboard for roll-up metrics across channels.
  5. 5Troubleshoot: if performance drops, check settings status, data quality in contacts, and message/script quality in templates or agents.

What connects to what

Contacts -> Campaigns

Email and calling campaigns pull audiences directly from contacts and directories.

Settings -> Delivery

Channel credentials in Settings control whether launches can actually send or call.

Signals -> Outreach

Signals and playbooks can trigger outreach automatically using your existing templates.

Outcomes -> Analytics

History stores row-level outcomes while Dashboard aggregates those outcomes into trends.
