Dashboard and History are read surfaces over campaign outcome records. Dashboard aggregates performance; History exposes filtered raw records and recording playback.

AnalyticsService reads email recipient rows, call history, contacts, templates, and triggered outreach attribution to produce live dashboard metrics and charts.

History data flow
HistoryService returns filtered EmailCampaignContact and CallHistory records with related campaign/contact data. Recording audio is proxied through the backend to keep Twilio credentials server-side.
