Calling Agents provide reusable persona and knowledge settings for live calls. Knowledge ingestion is local-friendly: text/PDF content is chunked and embedded with local-hash-embedding-v1.
Runtime flow
BotService normalizes persona fields, extracts knowledge, stores embeddings, performs semantic search, and provides default voice/persona context to calling campaigns.
